Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Soberano, with spacious and clean rooms directly over the kitchen. At the price I paid, around $150, the value was decent. The service was helpful without being intrusive, and they even left a thank you note for the tips we gave. The location offered a great view of the city, close to attractions like the largest mall and the airport, though it was a bit outside the main city area. The dining options were somewhat limited, but the homemade bread was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms showed signs of faded glory with old-fashioned furniture but were still comfortable and enjoyable. The service was friendly overall, but there were some issues with English communication. The location offered a nice view but was not in the most convenient spot. The dining experience was good with outstanding dishes, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room, although spacious and comfortable, had a disappointing view for a Club room. The furniture seemed dated and in need of an upgrade, but the bathroom with a special shower reminiscent of Westin hotels was a nice touch. The service, while kind and accommodating in many aspects, had a hiccup with a language barrier and a lack of follow-up from the manager. The location, perched on a hill with a panoramic view of the city, was both captivating and convenient for Mall visits and airport access. The dining experience had its moments with delicious offerings but also fell short in some areas. Overall, the facilities were decent, though some improvements could enhance the stay further.
